With the aim of continuing to provide better service and care to the Elderly, we are expanding our knowledge and that of our allies. For this reason, in partnership with Humanitude, we invited Capucine Jacquier, a nurse and expert in the HUMANITUDE methodology, which aims to provide a guide and practical model for those who work with the Elderly population.
During 3 weeks of training, the different areas and teams that make up FAVAC and those who have direct contact with the elderly acquired the knowledge, methodologies, and skills so that, through effective communication, along with empathy, gaze, and touch, the Elderly feel valued and respected.
For Humanitude, it is important to train and transmit knowledge and thus overcome its greatest challenge: to ensure that the elderly live and die standing.
